  • Brought this at Hai Di Lao (Marina Square) for dinner with 2 close ex-colleagues to celebrate a birthday.

Salmon pink in colour. Refreshing, with notes of white stone fruits and floral fragrance.

On hindsight, this was a wonderful wine to pair with hotpot. The coolness of the rose was effective in bringing down the 'heat' from the steamboat, while the body and structure provided good compliment to the meat and seafood.

Recommended as a pairing wine for future hotpot sessions.

  • Brought this to Chef Teo's place for dinner with my family on our staycation.

Read about the natural and wile fermentation process and thought it'll be interesting to try.

Dull pink in colour. with notes of wild peaches, some white flowers on the nose, and a smooth and fresh palate.

Nothing very exciting about this wine. Not terrible, but not great with food either. Perhaps the lack of body in this wine failed to hold the food well. On its own and with snacks (like chips and nuts) this wine was very good.
