Small taste pours at an outdoor concert, still so impressive despite that environment. Rich and zesty, high acidity backed up with a dense palate of citrus, stone fruit, with mineral character to spare. So delicious and easy to drink, for me the best wine of the night. Not sure how long the bottle had been opened but it didn't last long. At the Hollywood Bowl for Floating Points.

Terroir Tuesday at Table, Donkey and Stick (Chicago, IL): A slightly yeasty note on this, but it's more to add complexity than some sort of natty instability. Think mature Champagne rather than cloudy natty wines. More rounded and soft than the Chalasse, though I preferred that for its linear minerality and intensity. Quite chewy on the palate with classic Labet acidity and concentrated minerality.
