  First try of the 2018 vintage. Quite different from the previous vintages. This has less oak and more prominent fresh lively fruit than previous vintages. Wonder if it was an intentional decision to make it more approachable upon release as many other producers are doing? Very smooth and easy to drink. Palate of blackberry, black cherry, vanilla, chocolate.
