  Minty bright citrus peel animates a bed of aromas broadly mineral and plush. Clean. Slight leesiness retreats in the service of edgy juniper and stone. It's a pristine, classical flavor event. Tightly organized. Energetic. Coherent. Unmanipulated. Busy with flavors of yellow plum, sumac, parsley, citron, and quenched chalk. Briskly chewable. Fleet. A marine, lithic finish unambiguously invites the next drink.
