  Color: Golden Yellow. On the nose: Honeysuckle, white flowers, hint of orange zest and lots of minerality / salinity. On the palate: Tart apple, pear, touch of honey and toffee, hint of citrus, lots of minerality. Very nice weight in the mouth. I bought two bottles on a recent trip to London. This is very interesting, distinct, good and worth trying.
