  Would be perfect with grilled scallops or wine-sautéed shrimp. Dry, with a touch of sweet, this offering starts out with a fresh herb and mineral bouquet that translates onto the palate adding some grassy and mineral notes. Fruit-driven finish with a fleck of white pepper. An unusual varietal for California done very well. Drink now to 2024. Worth Seeking Out.
