Fruit Day - Trade tasting - Translucent garnet core. Herbs, red fruit, red apple, and cherry on the nose. There’s a fair bit of depth here. Palate shows ripe cherry fruit with some richness and savoury earthiness. Finish is sweet herbs with ripe fruit. This has room to develop - needs decanting for a couple of hours if drinking now.
