Deep purple color very similar to other young vintage Roumier tasted recently. Oak bomb on the nose and palate - however, much more integrated than CM or BM at this age…a beast of a wine but quite palatable in its youth.
Re-tasted 24 hours after opening with little difference. Needs 5++ years.

2/17/2023 - Brooklyn Dinner: Linear, polished and with rather heavy oak treatment. Less backwards than some of the village / premier cru wines of similar vintages tasted recently and likely generous in this very early dirking window. Tasted with DJCV
