  This was one of the most delicate and stunning champagnes I have ever had. It was actually the exp 12. Initially, subdued fruit that was masked by overt lees and a funk that blew off after 20 minutes. Beautiful bubbles with hints of dried apricot, sweet brioche buns, and candied green apple.
