  Ámbar pálido. Recuerdo en el perfil aromático a los vinos del marco de Jerez. Encontramos frutos secos, hay corteza de naranja, toques de humo, algo de fruta con hueso, sensación balsámica, especias dulces y algún matiz floral. En boca tiene buen ataque, con volumen, dulzor apenas perceptible (unos 50 gr./azúcar residual), suave amargor, cierta salinidad y notable persistencia.

  Color caoba de media capa con destellos ámbar. Nariz intensa, seductora, algo golosa, con notas de uvas pasas, toques licorosos, especias dulces, corteza de cítrico, flores blancas, azúcar quemado. En boca tiene buen ataque, cierta sensación de volumen, aunque el paso es bastante fluido, dulzor comedido, cierta calidez, con el alcohol presente, suaves amargos y bastante persistencia. Mejor servido sobre los 11/12º C.

  Amber colour. Nose of smoky caramel, some rancio, almonds. Palate is off dry with perceptible sweetness, but the searing acidity balances it out. Very long. 19% ABV but no perceptible heat on the palate. Excellent wine.

  Bottled in 1997. DnP. Clear mahogany colour, green tinged. Wonderful expressive bouquet, nutty, acetone, orange peel, oxidized, spicy, complex. Intense palate, hA, long off dry finish. Love it

  Stunning example of madeira and the sercial grape.
  
  This fortified is sweet, yet finishes dry, making it extremely moreish.
  Orange zest and pith, woody, floral, spicy. A complex character, yet very approachable.
