Silk but typical sauvignon blanc nose. Aroma's of gooseberry, melon, nectarine and lime juice. Med+ acidity although it doesn't kick in that way, probably due to the 25% grapes that got 12h skincontact which gives it nice structure to complement the acids. Med body, med+ aftertaste.

Tasting @ Klein Constantia: Similar to 2020, but less woody, more green bell pepper and asparagus. Apparently made with less sulfites and with grapes from different plots fermented together rather than a blend.

This producer is always reliable for Sav Blanc and this is fairly typical with ripe gooseberry type fruit and crisp acidity.
