Popped and poured, right out of the cellar. It was best as it approached room temperature, about 1 hour later. Inviting nose of red fruit and sage; palate of cherry pit, red fruit, sage, and hint of green tobacco leaf, okay acidity and balance. Not profound but a decent quaffer to watch the Stanley Cup.
