Retail $64. 100% Pinot Noir. I first tasted this vintage last year around this time for the Fifth Annual Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine and I liked it back then (89 Points). Now? A year later? I like it more. It is fruity, tart, vibrant, and, well, full of verve. Excellent.
The Fifth Annual Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine: Retail $64. 100% Pinot Noir. Quite light in color with just a hint of orange. The nose is mostly peach with a touch of lemon. The palate is quite dry and the fruit is rather sour, leading to a lengthy finish. 89 Points.
