(Vougeraie Pommard Charmoux) Medium-plus cherry colour. Lots of berry fruit on the nose. Not that you’d know it, but 100% new oak is used here – not surprising really – there’s only one barrel! Deep red and black fruit palate. Good tannins and very long. Very good wine.
