There’s a delicate touch in the mouth; this isn’t loud at the outset but it is complete, building substantially over time, showing a far greater depth of frutti du bosco with 6 hours of air. This is labeled at 14.5% but it’s not really palpable and the tannins here are civilized already. This feels about 5 years from where it needs to be. The wait isn’t about drinkability, it’s about waiting for the fruit to fully unfurl. So, wait.
