  This bottle's even a little better than the last. Light yellow. Giving up more on the nose this time with similar notes of smoke, sourdough, wet rocks, grass and herbs, and with notable tropical fruits as well. Fullish body, medium to medium (+) acid and finish, with flavors of lemon, apple, pear, pineapple, bit of creaminess, vanilla. Also not getting any alcohol spike this time either. This is really nice.

  Last of 6 bottles I purchased for less than $30/bottle. Wish I had bought at least a case at the time. Should have saved this one for a special meal, but it was too tempting to just drink it.

  Light yellow color. Smells clean and rather tight with some wet stone, sourdough, and smoke showing, along with a little grass and herbs. Full body, medium acid and finish, with flavors of lime, apple, lemon, vanilla, and minerals. Has a bit of creamy roundness to it, and the alcohol is peeking through just slightly. Not made in a heavy handed way though, I'd just like a little more acidity tbh. Worked great with a smoked chicken off the grill tonight.

  Really captivating bouquet with yuzu, grapefruit, some white cassis and lots of Mediterranean herbs like oregano and some thyme.
  The new world shows through on the palate with its richness, which is nicely buffered by drink animating crunchy freshness.
  I must admit that I have not a lot of experience with aged Sauvignon Blanc’s from Napa, but I guess it will nicely evolve for a decade.
