Retail $50. 100% Pinot Noir. This was a part of the Fifth Annual World's Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine and I really liked it then. I still like it (a lot), and while the flavors and aromas remain consistent, this bottle seems a bit sweeter than I remember which throws off the balance ever so slightly. Still, Excellent, 91 Points.
The Fifth Annual Largest Blind Tasting of American Sparkling Wine: Retail $50. 100% Pinot Noir. Another wine that is perhaps more orange than pink with a ripe red fruit nose and hints of celery. The palate is quite nice, mineral, earthy, with nice fruit and great acidity. Yeah. Whoa. 93 Points.
Medium plus nose shows strawberry, light brioche, white cherry, rose petal, tart citrus. Palate is lovely, fresh, bright fruit but delicate profile, light mineral tone, finishes dry with Champagne-esque notes. Great value selection.

$45 by the bottle at Zinc House, really nice. Bright strawberry, good step up from your standard Cava
