My tasting note from the last bottle could not have been more wrong. Was it a bad bottle? Was it the food pairing? Hard to say now but we opened a bottle last night and loved it so much that we opened another bottle, our last, tonight. As before, this is the palest of roses that I've ever encountered. Unlike before, the nose is far more expressive with cherry blossom notes. The palate completely surprised us with melon followed by strawberry fruit followed by rhubarb notes from the pleasant acidity - the harsh grapefruit taste that dominated on the earlier bottle is nonexistent. Wish we had a few more bottles to finish out the season. I would definitely buy this again for summer evenings.

Just the slightest hint of blush pink - so pale as to be almost colorless. That lack of color seemed to set a theme that carried on through the nose and palate. I found this unexpressive and without any defining traits or character, other than the fact that it was bone dry and had decent acidity. It's nicely made and I didn't dislike it. On the other hand, I was hoping to LIKE it - but what's to like about sucking on a grapefruit rind that has been sitting out for a couple of days? Disappointed that I have two more bottles. I wouldn't use this in cooking because it wouldn't bring anything to the dish and I certainly can't think of why I'll want to bring those other two bottles to the table.

Drink your rose' fresh. Most of the fruit has faded by 2023, matches the pale baby pink glow. Nearly vacant aromas with memories of green strawberries that probably gave this lift a year prior. There's still vibrancy in the mouth. Texture and acid and saturated concentration. I've loved this wine before, today it's missing the little things that made it perk.

Very light rose in color. Medium intensity on the nose. Strawberry, watermelon, sage. Uplifting acidity and a nice clean finish. Drink up.
