Hartford Court may be the best kept secret in California . Popped and poured, chilled to 40 degrees F. The nose is complex with a floral tone, but also a striking minerality. Peach, pear, some citrus, but in the background. Phenolic bitterness comes through on the palate as well as the aforementioned minerality. There is enough acidity to do well with food and the finish is long. Should have ordered more.

Light golden color, some creaminess on nose, but limited impact from malo when tasting. Good minerality and some orchard fruits on finish.
