Drinking a 2021 but not yet available on CT. Excellent drinking wine. Light and fruity. Not too alcoholic.

This is a simple red blend from Southern France.
Dry on the palate with medium plus acidity.
Showing black currants, plums, cherries, spices, dark chocolates, coffee and peppercorn.
Spicy right out of the bottle, and better after 90 minutes of airtime.
A good party wine. Good by itself or with food.
Well balanced and easy drinking.
A blend of 80% Grenache and 20% Syrah. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats.
14% alcohol by volume.
