Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Medium gold. Powerful nose of green apples, also expressed in the palate. Lot's of acid, even though it's maturing. Intact and complete, maybe a little light on the mid-palate for a Pinot Gris, but still much heavier than a Pinot Grigio. It gives the impression of having some residual sugar, which would be out of character, so maybe it's just the fruit. Perfectly delicious and enjoyable. Drink now.
