Very light-bodied Pinot with predominant cherry fruit and mild spice on the finish. Not much sense of earth or terroir. Enjoyable, but not our favorite Pinot by any stretch.

Best bottle of the three I've tried. Wonderful nose of deep red fruit. Cranberry and cherry lead to a touch of spice and minerals on a long deep finish. The wine has picked up significant weight and depth since last tasted. Ready now or hold a bit longer. The total package.

(Zepaltas Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast) Light medium red with pale meniscus; reticent, stemmy nose; intriguing tart red fruit, a little stemmy, with green notes and some depth; medium-plus finish

An Oregon style Pinot from California. Strong characteristics of earth, loam, and chalk with a nice spicy zing on the finish. Excellent.
