  • By the glass. Journey to Galicia of the Torres family continues after launching Pazo das Bruxas. Here we have another repetitive albariño, moderately citrus and that memory links to the most boring and obvious areas of the northern-interior kingdom of Pontevedra. Only saved by its minerality in the mouth because they believe that experiment with granite deposits, which are nothing but ovoid presses, is a great thing and so we will never know what potential the granitic terrain itself has. It seems scarce because of that need for such reinforcement. It is sold with the promise of a long guard. I will not find out. Sorry.

No pienso averiguarlo. Lo siento.
