Drank a little at lunch at cellar temp (58F or so), and it wasn’t good. Nose of burnt rubber, flabby on the palate.
Chilled the wine for dinner (butternut squash soup), and it was much better. Still a little rubber on the nose, but also apple and tropical fruit. Palate was also apple and tropical fruit, and bitter grapefruit. Medium finish.

Classic varietal characteristics both smell & taste. Young & good now but should continue to improve over the next several years.
