I don't care for this at all. It is sharp and acidic. It has more body and some flavor than most pinot grigio. But it is just not pleasant with the dish we served with it. Perhaps better with something like shellfish?
This was tasted again the next day with a different dish. Remarkably different. Still very crisp, but not as unpleasantly acid. Lovely richness and mouthfeel, Incredible grapefruit flavor. I need to find food that will work with it and not against it.
