Not dissimilar to the regular NOK bottling but denser, darker and surprisingly fresher (lavender, iodine…). This was opened in the bottle for several hours and was assessable from the start. Surprisingly moderate acid, low heat and now sharp edges. Milk chocolate, clack pepper, tobacco, plums, blackberry and graphite. Drink now or in 20 years. At this stage the Next of Kyn wines are a step above even Sine Qua Non.
