Pale lemon colour. Light and youthful nose with ripe green apples, lime, salty sea and wet stone. Medium taste of ripe green apples, lime, cream, salty sea and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Vezelay. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well with cheeses, fish or shellfish.

Green apple, lime, melon honey. Good minerality and pleasant acid backbone. Hand-harvested, 8-10 months in steel tanks on lees, then filtered and minimal amounts of sulphir added at bottling. Minimal intervention/ natural wine. 90 pts.

A 90 point wine all day long. Clean fresh apple aromas. Zippy minerality and salinity is its calling card but it is more than that with good texture and flavour. Leaves you wanting more. A very good Vezelay. Excellent pairing with ‘the perfect egg’ (in Parmesan emulsion) and sea bream with seasonal vegetables in fish broth at Bo-Tannique in Bordeaux. Deserves its Michelin accolades.

Just delightful. No oak here. Crisp. Green apple. Medium body. Silky mouthfeel. Slightly salty on the finish. Very satisfying.
