Had this in a flight with the 2020 Lewis Cellars Chard and the 2019 Staglin Chard. The Del Dotto held its own but was a close third in the flight. See my previous notes for descriptors. Nice wine but a tad pricey. Drink or hold.

A nose of pear, papaya and melon. The same on the palate with a crisp and clean finish. Went great with fresh linguine and white clam. A beautifully structured chard. Drink or hold.

Pale gold in hue. Crisp and Burgundian in style. Beautifully balanced and so wonderfully tasty. Went great with cacio e pepe. Drink or hold, but seriously hard not to drink up as this stuff is just so good. I will be holding my holdings for just special occasions.
