Color: Light yellow (under slightly warm light it seems, at times, to have a slight amber hue).
Nose: Lemon peel, tinny minerality, grassy, orange, citrus oil, and a hint of floral. Fruit is juicy, but is tamed by a slight dryness.
Pallet: Lightly sweet (general bright summer fruit focused sweetness), off-dry juicy, ripe pear, orange peel, some floral hints, and a delicate mixture of airomatic herbs mixed with the grassy notes found on the nose.
Finish: 1) Off-dry 2) transitioning into lightly sweet pear and orange, some grassy notes, a return of the airomatic herbs, with some of the juiciness returning 3) Ebbing and flowing between profile #1 and #2 in increasing frequency
Overall a good, refreshing, balanced white wine that provides good fruit notes, with more subtle airomatic herbal notes, that provides a nice balance between dry and sweet, while leaning, slightly, towards juicy and sweet.
Definitely chill this wine for 30 minutes to an hour in the fridge before drinking.
As it warmed up, more alcohol started showing on the nose, and contributed to a very slight alcohol harshness in the pallet and finish, with a slightly flatter generic sweetness. More floral notes showed throughout the wine as it warmed, though still staying subtle (is still below 67°F/19°C when discussing the effects of warming). I'd recommend keeping the bottle in the fridge for peak freshness and juiciness.

Medium yellow color. Medium+ tearing. One the nose, ripe and fresh fruit. Orange. Apple, yellow pear. White flowers. Stone. Nuts, almonds. Melon, stone fruit. On the palate, rich and ripe fruit. Apple/pear, stone fruit dominates. Acidity holds up at the end, balancing nicely. Sweetness hides the alcohol. Such an easy drinker. Finish is long and somewhat complex, nothing crazy. But freshness balances the sweet/rich body. Very good.
