  Pale yellow colour, smells of grapefruit and quince with a little bit of melon in the background, medium body, dry, but not in a harsh way, in the mouth grapefruit and quince with a little bit of melon in the background, first glass has a nice and medium acidity, second glass doesn’t have more acidity than the first, in the aftertaste grapefruit, quince and acidity, good length (15 sec), really good dry Mosel Riesling.
