Interesting to see a note here whose gist is pretty much the opposite of mine... I think this bottle represents superb value. I honestly don't expect much from a $25 retail Cabernet Sauvignon from anywhere in the world - but particularly Washington.
Nevertheless, this wine delivers on just about every level that you'll come into it expecting from a Cabernet Sauvignon. It has good, rich, pure fruit, a solid streak of tobacco leaf complexity, excellent width and length on the palate, and gentle, integrated tannins. I mean come on, it's not blowing me away obviously - and I could nitpick all the deficiencies in the flavor profile... but again, it's a $25 bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. For that category, I am downright impressed and would never hesitate to recommend this wine to anyone that just wants a solid, under-$30 everyday drinker.

Very mundane, not much fruit. Weak up front, and weak finish. Poor value

Keeper. Medium body cab. Smooth, interesting. Very mild oak. Ate with quiche.
