  • The 2021 Sauvignon Blanc emanates sweet floral orange blossom, white peach, and citrus peel aromatics. A wine of precision, purity and freshness with balanced acid structure, a light mineral character and a luscious lemon cream palate with hints of Bosc pear and Pink Lady apple.

  • On the nose crisp, citrus, pear, honeydew, melon. On the tongue good mouth feel, refreshing, citrus notes, melon, lemon peel, crisp finish. Of sauvignon blanc I would say this is one of the best I have encountered. Some have too much of a grassy note and this is just right with its aromas and flavors.

It made for a good pre-thanksgiving dinner refreshment!
