  Drink it cold. A bit neutral in taste perhaps. Mineral finish with apples. Syrlig. Bouquet is not a typical Sauvignon I think. A summer wine to enjoy cold on the terrasse.
  Taste ends like pear, a bit sweet in the end. Not a typical Sauvignon Blanc? Do not buy again
  
  A whole lot different bouquet than Weingut Eckehart Gröhl Sauvignon Blanc which has the clear fresh bouquet. This is more thick, creamy bouquet. I would not think it was the same grape based on the bouquet on these two wines.
  
  Sauvignon Blanc som vi kender og elsker den med en frisk og lokkende aroma af citronskal, æbler og en lille smule rød peber. På tungen fortsætter sommeren med flere grønne æbler, pærer og citrusfrugt, flot bakket op med sødmefulde præg, der slutter af med en tør og skøn mineralsk finish.
