  Already oxidative notes in the nose. Nose and palate similar to Vin Jaune or the oxidative Jura whites. Very interesting, but needs some getting used to. Good match for Sushi - didn't think it would. Could also match strong hard cheese.

  Es un blanco fermentado en barrica procedente de un viñedo de 1973 en el Cerro de las Leyes. Se trabaja en bocoyes (vasijas) de 800l que se se han envinado con manzanillas, se usan uvas asoleadas. De color dorado, hay algún toque de crianza biológica, matices anisados, toques de fruta blanca, algún apunte floral. EN boca tiene buen ataque, seco, con raza, amargos medios y bastante longitud.
