Pale gold color with greenish undertone. No real visible signs of effervescence.
Ripe peach, pear, green apple, melon, and grapefruit on the nose. With hints of bretty sourness (like a saison or sour beer), and sourdough.
Initial touch of effervescence dies within first minute or two to leave a trace prickliness on the palate. Bright, high toned acid contrasts nicely with the tiny amount of residual sugar left from the incomplete fermentation. Really fun wine.
