Sunday wines at home (Chicago, IL): Bottled on January 25, 2022. Love the mix of hops and sour quality here. You get this lychee note that I really like, as well as some herbal tinges too. The palate shows pretty consistent with the nose, but the acidity is quite high and it seems to get higher with air.

The most overhyped sour of the RRB offerings. Thin, one noted, and lackluster in all areas (acidity, body, balance). Always a disappointment, and today was no exception.
