Medium golden. Medium intense nose of melon, papaya, mango, peach and some floral aromas.
Palate similar. The fruit flavors are in the forefront, but gradually giving room for some bitter almond in the after taste. Quite fresh acidity, and an oily texture. 70% ✖️inomavro & 30% Malagousia. ✖️inomavro is a red grape which name means "sour black". Blanc de Noir vinification with 2 months on the lees. Atma means "soul" in ancient Greek. Thymiopoulos grows organic (even if not labeled so), and is dedicated to the ✖️ino grape - which is very expressive of its terroir.
Pairs well with light meats, greens and cheeses.
Medium body, medium acidity.

Ripe peach, white florals, bitter almond and lemon. Thick texture. A little more aromatic than flavorful.
