Paired with seasoned and marinated grilled chicken. Chilled to 5 degrees Celsius, poured below 10 degrees Celsius (apprx). No decanting.
Nose: Crisp, fresh aromas of grapes, lemon, flowers and minerals.
Palate: Good body and long aftertaste of slightly underripe fruits, lots of acid on the tongue. Stone fruits are present on the palate.
Excellent white wine which can be had standalone or paired with lighter meats or fish. Perfect for a warm summer evening. Drink now or save it a few years.
