  Tasted at the winery along with a large portion of the 2021 collection (except the GGs). Thomas was very friendly and provided a very good overview of the wines and differences in their different vineyards. The wines all had a fairly prominent sponti touch, which did however make evaluating at such an early time a little difficult.
  
  Dry, but with a very slight roundness. Green leafy flowers. Clear stony slatey perfume with some clear sponti characteristics. A little rough around the edges.

  Relativt simpelt, let sødlig men med høj syre og let grønligt præg. Nedkøl godt. God til sushi.
