  • Bürgerspital Würzburg, Würzburger Stein Silvaner Beerenauslese 1970. Some ullage, cork completely soaked, thanks to Durand came out in one piece without problem. The nose quite old, dry fruit mixed with mushrooms. Much better in the mouth, again dry fruit, powerful, dense, sweet, and vivid acidity (despite not being Riesling). Slightly bitter (in a good way) in the long finish.
