  Restaurant purchase at Blue Crab in Victoria BC. First bottle was corked but the replacement was fine. Color was a little lighter then you might expect with Chardonnay. Green apple and pear notes on the nose. Good acidity and light to medium bodied with a nice lingering minerality on the finish. Excellent match to the meal of butter poached lobster claws with a muscle and crab risotto.
