  • pale straw colour with persistent small bubbles. the nose has mildly yeasty aromas with white stone fruit, almonds and a bit of lemon zest. very pleasant mouthfeel with the bubbles and a silky texture. dry on the attack, fruit and brioche flavours emerge mid palate balanced by an acidic and mineral backbone. good length.

this is a rare brut nature that can be enjoyed on its own, though it likely shows best accompanied.

11.5% AbV; blend Xarello, Macebeu, and Parellada; no dosage; aged on lees for eighteen months.

  • This is a delicious and different sparkling wine. Wonderful departure from Cava.

    Appearance: pale yellow/gold.
Nose: Brioche, toasted hazelnut, pear, truffle-brie, lemon curd.
Taste: Lime, yellow apple, almond. Very high acid that cleanses the palate. Very fine bubbles that have the mouthfeel of foaming hand soap as soon as it hits your tongue. Light bodied, high acid, low tannin, 11% alcohol, dry.
