Luella's Garden Pinot Noir is always a wonderful experience. Personally, the 2019 was bit richer in style than the 2020, but if you have the luxury of tasting these wines fairly regularly, both reveal almost monthly occulting flavors the run the spectrum from restrained to fruit forward. This small vineyard is, I believe, 100 percent Calera Pinot Noir.
The 2020 vintage has lots of cherry, mocha and cinnamon, plus a bit of perfume. There is also a fair amount of spice, which I attribute to the judicious use of French oak. The finish includes a citrus peel element that makes the wine end on a bright note.

Black Cherry, floral, earth on the nose. Elegant, silky, black cherries again on the palate. Medium finish. Quite nice!
