  • Showing a toasty nose and burnt nuts in the 1st 2 hr of opening, later become cheesy. Ceamy , oily texture attack wrapped with oak, toast in mid-palate. A little hollow aftertaste at first but showing good acidity and with long aftertaste after 2 hr. Quite a heavy showing and the whole course of palate was dominated with oak, which masked the fruit. Not a good drinking wine for me. Quite a big wine despite the vintage.
