  100% Poulsard (or Ploussard) from a small plot of vines from ca. 1955.
  
  very light translucent ruby, almost like a dark rosé. delicate nose with floral and spicy touches between the red fruit. light-bodied and with lively acidity, there is good depth in the fruit and accents. medium plus finish. much more food-friendly than the body or colour would seem to indicate, and only 13% alcohol.
