  Had wanted to get a French Chablis to accompany our annual New Year’s Lobsterfest with the kids and grandkids, but ran out of time. This fit the bill nicely, though. Lean and racy with flecks of lime zest, wet stone and butterscotch. Perfect with such a rich meal. Promises at least a decade of pleasure. Drink now to 2034. Outstanding.
