A very fun, interesting drink. Pale yellow in color, has nice acidity and minerality, a great bottle if you’re looking for that schist-y/refreshing quality. Pear, melon, green apple. Terrific with grilled halloumi, the salinity and acidity would pair well with any salty/grilled dish.

Pale yellow, light yellow peach and flower scents, light and dry with excellent acidity, flavors of green apple, lemon, mineral and a pinch of saline on the finish, linear and chronological, beautifully food-friendly, drinks well now

Last day of the year, served from magnum with the salmon, with the Lalliardo’s in bonneville. Light lemon color. Sweet apple, citrus, hay, a light nose. Med acidity, med body, med flavor intensity, med alcohol, med finish. Nice acidity, ripe apples, roasted pineapple, citrus, salinity. Very likeable and easy drinking. Rather unique style. A success with the smoked salmon.

Apple juice and limes. Super easy and refreshing wine. Could drink this all day. Just enough acidity to keep it fun. Simple and could use slightly more verve - but I like it

High elevation, whole cluster pressed. 1/3 used French oak, 2/3 stainless steel, 8 months on lees. Medium plus nose is pretty, floral, white flowers, white peach, orange zest, sassafras (I don't even know what that means), lemongrass. Palate is zesty, acid driven, steely, wet rock, tart, lime peel, dried apricot, dried kiwi. Very fun, has it's own style. Might be a touch tart and acidic for what we're looking for today.
