  Threw a touch of sediment, but is clear, with a mature dark plum color, very thin at the edge. wood (not oak)Barbeque sauce, and plum aromas. Sweet smoke, berry and plum. Velvety, but "wood" keeps coming to mind, maybe damp wood(although some of this blew off after two hours.).
