  • Medium ruby. Leather, tobacco, Old Hill on the nose. High acidity, full body, medium tannin, raspberries, sage. Initially wound tight. Tasted over three days and opened up considerably in that time. Really nice pleasant balanced Cabernet, showing real elegance on day 3. Give it a long decant if opening or hold.
