Overall a very reserved, elegant Pinot. Delicate nose with a hint of cinnamon. The constrained pallette made this very east to drink. Enjoyed with grilled salmon and brussel sprouts.

Like all of the reds from this place the wine is encouraging in the nose and slight on the palate. After a couple of hours in the decanter it evolved into a very reserved pinot. Hard to understand why people work a fruit to death like this time after time.
